Fur and Nail Polish..

Yesterday I was painting my nails clear..The lid of the nail polish bottle was on, I shook the bottle and nail polish went everywhere. I didn't notice that I didn't secure the lid all the way. later that night Ella was cuddled up with me and I noticed she had spots of hard fur. My husband cut the hard spots off. Is their anything I should be worried about? by the way she's at the vet..she's getting spayed..im  NERVOUS WRECK. sigh.gif

I don't think so.  Most nail polish is pretty non-toxic once it has dried. It is the volatile medium in it that is toxic, usually.

I don't think there is anything to worry about with the nail polish.

x2006nkg Your cat is adorable! heart.gif Her surgery went well. she was so droopy from the anesthesia it was weird. Poor baby didn't want to do anything which is normal. I just felt bad for her. she's doing so much better now back to her usual self.
