A New "Raw"some Beginning... (yup - another one LOL)

Mine all THREE loved the new S & C Rabbit so much that I had to reorder it.  Then suddenly, Callie stopped eating it cold turkey.  But the other two still like it.  But, oddly, NONE of them will eat the "real thing".  Meaning ground rabbit from HT.  I tried it on them again recently and it was still a no go.  So strange .

But so glad that your little princess is eating so many different things .  Hey, at least it isn't Meow Mix kibble, right .  The most important thing is that she is eating so much better than she used to, and as you pointed out, you are developing  such a close relationship with her that  all the "work" is worth it

My guys would have nothing to do with S&C the first few times I offered it.  I put some out one day when I had forgotten to thaw in time...and they scarfed it.  They like the chicken, and the turkey.....but only one would would eat the duck/goose variety.  This month, they don't like ground raw chicken mix, but they do like strips of chicken.  Last month, it was the exact opposite.  I swear they do it just to torture me....lol.  Fortunately the dogs will eat anything they reject...

:lol3: Emotional abuse by kitties..........especially if her name is rincess: Perla!! Depends on the day as to what she will like or dislike. I cannot count on anything 100% as far as her favorites. She is forever throwing a wrench in the mix.

Yes, for sure with my little princess. We have certainly developed a very, very close relationship this last year. She is forever amusing me with her antics as far as raw feeding goes. Funny too, I used to get so upset (trying to hide it from her) in the beginning when she wouldn't eat or when she would threw a tantrum (raw on the walls :lol3 over what I offered her. Now, I think it is funny and have the opposite attitude over it.

I have to share this picture I took of her awhile back when I again tried to offer her a duck heart which was doused with Fortiflora. I would usually have my digital camera on hand during feedings because I would try to get a video of her silliness. This one time I decided to follow her up to the kitchen after she went racing off away from her bowl. She was laying by the window and gave me this scowl of disgust. I had to hold back my laughter so I could snap a picture. She turned so slowly and had that expression on her face. Either a scowl or a dramatic expression of her distaste of duck hearts. I will tell you, Perla can be the silliest and cutest little girl and at the same time be so exacerbating. :lol3: I truly LOVE that cat. :heart3: :heart2:

OMG, I complete forgot to mention WILBUR .  Yes, that is so wonderful that he is back on track.  Maybe he's a cat in dog's clothing and actually has 9 lives

Thank you, Laurie!! :sun: YES, Wilbur is having another good day!!!! Could that Transfer Factor really be helping that much.. :cross: He is having an appetite the last two days.

I am also giving the Transfer Factor to Wendall as it might help with his asthma? :dk: Get this..... he eats the capsule all by itself. I just put it on the placemat with his Lean Treats and he crunches it up along with the soft treats. :lol3: What a guy!!!!! :nod:
