I gotta say, I got a knot on my brain from trying to follow where everyone was, and what was going on with all the different introductions

I think here is you basic problem: No raw has been fully introduced to 100% - no one protein, and too many are on rotation, when they should not be..... IMHO, that is a recipe for tummy problems....

Here is what I would do if I were you - step by step:
Pick one protein that everyone has been introduced to 50% and is doing well.....
Say NV Rabbit? Have they been introduced to 50%?
Step one will be to take EVERYONE - all groups, to 100% on the rabbit.
So, on the 1st day, They will eat Rabbit and wet, 50/50 - the whole group. If all of them do well, no troubles - move to:
25% wet and 75% Rabbit - Again, for all the meals - NO other proteins added. If they all do well, the next day you move to:
100% rabbit! If they do well...............
You reintroduce the next protein.
At this point there will be NO more WET.
Now you will use the Rabbit as the "base food"
Day one of the new protein: 75% Rabbit/25% of Lamb?? - same thing - see if ALL do well, and move to step 2
50% Rabbit/50% Lamb - see if they do well, and move to step 3
25% Rabbit and 75% Lamb - see if they do well, and move to step 4
100% Lamb.
Now you have 2 proteins to rotate as your base proteins, when you introduce the third one - for example:
Introducing Chicken as 3rd protein:
Day one Breakfast: 75% Rabbit/25% Chicken
Day 1 Dinner: 75% Lamb/25% Chicken
Day 1 Late night Dinner: 75% Rabbit/25% Chicken
(Basically, you rotate the base meat, but keep the introducing meat's percentage)
And that's how you will do for every single brand and protein you introduce.
Once you introduce the meat to 100%, you can rotate them just like wet - feed one meal chicken, one lamb, one turkey, different brands, etc - as long as they have been introduced fully - to 100%.
Yes, it takes time..... Yes, they will get bored...... and you WILL have to rely on fortiflora...... But IMHO that's the best way to intro new proteins and brands to their rotation....... and do it safely, otherwise you will run into trouble after trouble and they will not get to 100% raw.....
The litterbox and the vomiting will be your guide - however vomiting can be a sign of eating too fast - like what I had with Hope tonight

I don't count that as a raw trouble - as it happens to any food, really......

I hope this helps a little - I know it is a step back - but I think it is a short term step back that will put you back on track really quickly

And..... I need to say - you HAVE to cut the kibbles - there is no need to be feeding them those kibble snacks..... especially since they do not go well when fed close to a raw meal
