I couldn't possibly be happier right now!
2 VERY special foster cats have been spoken for today!
Nicholas is going home on Friday! This precious boy has "twisted leg syndrome" and both of his front paws are deformed and twisted up, causing him to hop/shuffle around like a bunny. It does not hold him back in ANY way and he is a totally loveable lap cat!
He first came to me in foster care after his previous owners abandoned him when they moved. He was peeing blood, ended up being treated for a BAD UTI and also contracted a bit of an URI as well.
Noelle is going home next Monday!
This beautiful, affectionate, SUPER loving little girl came to me as a pregnant stray, barely more than a kitten herself. The day after she arrived here she gave birth to 3 beautiful male kittens. She was an exceptional mom, but unfortunately, like what happens to most cats who come from the shelter, 2 days after the kittens were born Noelle got very sick with a URI and completely stopped eating. She refused to be syringe fed and all 3 kittens also got sick and none of the made it. Noelle had to be admitted to the vet for a week of IV fluids and antibiotics. Thankfully, she recovered very quickly, tested negative for FIV & FELV, and is 100% healthy!
