New Member with New Kitten

Hi Everyone,

I just joined this site a little while ago and I wanted to introduce myself and say hi.

Early last month, a little tuxedo kitten showed up in my backyard.  I took him in and named him Harley. Hence, my user name.  I have always been a huge animal lover, but the bond that I've established with Harley is beyond anything Ive experienced. This little guy has totally captured my heart. I'd like to think the feeling is mutual.   

My current goal is to take the best care of him that I can and that to ensure that he grows into a happy cat that lives a long healthy life.

Anyway, I'm glad to be here around fellow cat lovers that can understand how  I feel. I'm looking forward to talking more with you all, asking and answering questions and making new friends.

It IS funny how these furry little creatures worm their way into our lives and hearts, isn't it?

I have a darling Smokie & Bandit- oh so cute-- And Bandit was a rescue, who was "temporary" and became ours lol.

Hi and welcome!!  Sounds like Harley found himself the right home!  Sometimes you find them; sometimes they find us!

I'm assuming the kitty in your avatar is him?  He reminds me of my Mooch when she was small.  Just a warning; I've found most Tuxedos are talkative lil things!   Mooch and I have whole conversations sometimes.  She's my love bug.  I've learned A LOT about kitties (and plenty of other things too) on here over the years.  If you need any help getting around the site or anything feel free to click on my profile and send me a message.

Hi! I have a tuxedo baby too. But he's weird, because he's not very vocal. But that doesn't mean he doesn't have a big personality!!

I too have a tuxedo kitty named Bakker (he kneads a lot). Make sure you check out all the forums there is a ton of really good advise and ask away on any questions.
