Busted!!

So in the last few nights, one of the cats has made a habit of raiding the closet of treats and Greenies especially. I'd wake up to see torn bags of treats and their litter box full of canned food and treats. I've blamed Cassie since she was the piggy and ate anything in sight! 

I've also moved the food and treats one shelf up, further out of their reach. Nope, they still raided each night.

Well, I guess Monet thought I was asleep on the couch.

Busted. And I apologized to Cassie for blaming her!





I am sure he's shocked and disappointed to discover the food and treats are no longer in the closet! I've moved them to a drawer where (hopefully) he can't get to!

LOL!  Busted alright!  I've blamed the wrong kitty and dog before too! 

Now that I'm thinking of it; I've got a similar thing going on with my toddler.  DH asked the other day if we'd gotten the credit card bill in the mail yet and commented how we normally have it by now.  A few days later I happened to see both that bill and the electric bill sticking out of this Christmas card holder in my foyer that I haven't taken down yet!  I don't know if I should blame my toddler (first instinct) or myself!  The cats are off the hook this time!

Guilty here, too. We keep their treats in the pantry closet and the door doesn't close properly, unless we actually make a point to close it. BooBoo knows that, too, and I'll walk out to the kitchen often and see the wide-open door with BooBoo's hind end sticking out. The other night I heard the door and I went out, thinking that Boo was there. Only to find Mollipop!
