The funniest thing happened yesterday. I went to the loo yesterday afternoon and as my siamese, Luca kicks up a royal fuss if I shut the door, I always leave it ajar. I had done my business, fortunately I just had a wee, stood up and was buttoning up my jeans. I always do this before I flush and close the lid. Luca came charging in, saw me standing up and decided to jump onto the toilet... except the set was not down and instead she jumped INTO the used toilet. It was sooooo funny - I am giggling now - just thinking about it. She scrabbled around a bit and in so doing pulled the lid closed on herself. Please understand that this all happened in the space of about 5 seconds. Of course, I fished her out and then flushed. She looked like a drowned rat. So I had to run water in the baisin to wash the poor thing. It was really funny. I was laughing so hard - it was a good thing that I had already gone to the toilet!!!! Anyway - I towel dried her and she was quite blase about the whole thing. Prolly thinks that if she pretends it never happened I will forget about it!

Just had to share my story.

bye

oh, I worry about that happening all the time! The cats come in and watch "the Pee-pee Show" and then hop up there before I get a chance to flush! lol!

Movin' on up!
I'm always grateful for Rowdy's "assistance", changing the t.p. roll. She's a BIG help.

My son one time had to peewee , well they don't sit down , so while doing his busyness a cat jump right up
well no need to say we had to wash a cat .

Eeeew. And I always worry about hairbrushes falling in. . . . those are much easier to disinfect

Fawn loves to watch the flush. She's less insistent than she used to be -- I think she's content that she has figured it out, but it still fascinates her.

When she and Cindy were small (6 months?) they'd race for the john as soon as they heard activity there. Then before we had a chance to flush, they'd poke their heads over the bowl and play with the water (YUK). One night I got several pics of their antics, that are still good for a laugh. Here's one...

How funny! Must be they wanted to know what you had for dinner. . . . or why you got to bury yours in water instead of kitty litter!
