I'm cooking spaghetti squash with fresh garlic, parsley and olive oil.

Top it with last night's meatballs, tomato sauce and parmesean cheese.

Had Jimm Dean sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches for a late lunch --- so no big dinner. May just finish some pineapple and strawberries that we have.

I had a "full English breakfast"pizza. With home made dough, baked beans as the sauce, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, mozzarella and an egg broken on top near the end of cooking time.

Also some dinosaur shaped biscuits that me and my best friend made!

Chicken cacciatore in the crock pot. Super easy. Low fat, low carb, low sugar, high on taste.

I love a relaxing Sunday with dinner in the crock pot, knitting, and a napping cat or two :)
