hi im smokey.... Chartreux?

hi im smokey....i was rescued and was wondering if i could be a chartreux?

Please send us more, and good pictures!    It is difficult to see much now. 

(seeing the cat and the dog being good friends is very nice!   :)  )

 

Chartreux is common in France, and around there. Is not common in other countries...

Besides, without papers you cant never know for sure.

 

But he may be a look alike!    :)

 

Do you have any clues making you think he may be a Chartreux?

Lovely boy, but highly unlikely he is a particular breed.

 

Unless you get your cat from a registered breeder they are 'just' a moggie/domestic.

Even though Chartreuse is a French breed, they are not very common here - I know one cattery that breeds them on a small scale, but have never met one in domestic ownership. But many Domestic Short/Longhair cats resemble 'breed' cats in some respects, and there is nothing wrong in that. Do post more photos so we can see what a lovely boy you are.
