I don't have any human kids, but I do know that if it's TOO quiet it's surely a sign of trouble.
I'm doing homework on my computer, and I hadn't heard or seen Holland or Daymon for some time, so I went to check the bedroom, fully expecting to find Daymon under the bed and Holland "guarding" him. Luckily I thought to grab my camera first, because this is what I caught:

I am just overjoyed!
I saw Holland swat at Daymon for the first time (that I've noticed) this morning, and I think she's getting secure with her role as BOSS. She will approach and sniff at Daymon, but if he tries it with her she hisses.
But even the hissing has gotten very infrequent. Daymon has only been home for a little more than two weeks. I am SO pleasantly surprised with this whole introduction I just don't know what to say.

Daymon is going to have her wrapped around his little toe in just a while. He must be turning on the charm. Holland doesn't look the least bit perturbed that he's so close.

Look how relaxed they are!  I'm glad it has gone so well.
