I haven't started one of these in a while. 
My husband had accumulated a lot of vacation time and had taken almost 3 weeks off at the end of the year. Over those tree weeks, I didn't really cook, clean, do much laundry or much of anything other the usual holiday celebration, and deal the usual emergencies that pop up.
He went back to work on Tuesday, but I had an appointment on Tuesday that took up most of my time. My mother's cat had tests yesterday that took up a lot of the day and my husband had a doctor's appt.
Today was the day that I was finally going to be "back to normal" and able to start getting things done around here, maybe even get some of the Christmas decorations down. Well I think my husband is having a few mild side effects from the flu shot he had yesterday (aches, pains) and is working from home. I'll still be able to get a few things done. but will have to be quieter and won't be able to get as much done as I wanted to.
Oh well, maybe tomorrow will be back to normal. :dk: :lol3:

OH that is just painful, I am sure. Hope you feel better very soon and get some much needed sleep

for Jan, Rick and Aaron! Today was the last day of Christmas vacation, so I spent it cleaning. I can't get a lot of that done when DH is home - he gets in the way, can't understand why I have to steam the floors, do so much laundry, etc., etc.. . The Christmas decorations came down earlier in the week - the limit around here is 2 - 2 1/2 weeks. More than that and they annoy me.
