A ridiculous glut of work has kept me off here for a bit, but I thought I'd come in to say hi, pass on latest and, more than anything, wish you and yours festive greetings.
So ....
* Rudi: remains a big, grey, lovable lump. He is quite the most adorable cat. He doesn't know yet that he's going to spend a few days indoors in January....more on which in the New Year. For now he sends knee-quiveringly fierce head butts to everyone who read his story and helped bring him round.
* Paddy: my excitable and by turns cute, exasperating, hysterical and heartbreaking big kitten. As much as she doesn't like being an exclusively outdoor cat, she has settled in really well and is flourishing in her self-anointed role as the queen of the courtyard. Whilst she's a tremendously friendly little thing, she isn't actually a naturally affectionate cat - after all, why rub yourself up against your human or demand petting when you can show your love by following them around for miles (literally), calling at the top of your voice?! Her best wishes therefore take the form of animated squeaking and a happily raised tail.
* Little Cow: a complete enigma, but nonetheless she's my little feral friend. She says happy Christmas (well, I think she did, she was bloody miles away...) and has left you all a little gift outside your back door...... ;-)

p.s. think the last time I was on here I was talking of BatCat and the reappearance of Ruby? No sightings of either since.
