No her name isnt Otis, Otis is my 2 1/2 year old dachshunds name, the baby kitty doesnt have a name .

She's adorable! 

 

I have dachshunds as well - a mini blk/tan broken coated long that's 5 (Sadie), a standard choc/tan brindle broken coated long that's 3 1/2 (Fynn) and a standard blk/tan long that's 2 1/2 (Lucy, but she doesn't live with me).
