House is being painted!!

Finally --- we were going to paint the house before vacation but decided to wait.

Painter came and pressure cleaned the house today.  He'll be back with a helper tomorrow to finish.

It's going to be a shade of tan (kind of like coffee with cream in it) with a nice white trim.     It'll make such a difference and can't wait to see  how it comes out.   

Tony hid under the bed the whole time the house was being pressure cleaned.  Actually he went under the bed even before the  painter arrived.   Do you think he had a premonition of "danger".   I guess he'll hide tomorrow too.  Angel sat on the window still and watched everything that was going on.   She and Tippy aren't afraid of anything!

Yay!  I bet it will look so nice, Lana! But I bet Tony will be glad when it's all done.

It's around 12:30 here - the painters started at 9: 15 and it is starting to look really good.  I took  a picture of the "before" and will take an "after" picture.    Tony, of course, is under the bed and I don't expect to see him for a long time.   Angel and Tippy actually got a little spooked when they put the sander on the front door to take out the chips and nicks.  It made a lot of noise and both of them got a little upset.     Later on Angel sat on the windowsill and just watched the painter doing his work.
