If you'd like to join a Social Group, or can't find ones you've already joined, you can navigate to the main Groups page by using the dropdown menus at the top of any page:
Clicking on "Social Groups" in one of the menus will take you to this page, where you can locate the group(s) in the list:
Once you've joined a group, a link will be added to your Community Profile (accessed by clicking "My Profile" at the top of any page):
