I have 2 kittens that I adore. The 9 month old kitty loves to chew everything he can. He never bites people or the other cat but he is always trying to bite/eat things around the house. He even bit open a little v8-can! Since then I have tried to do even more cat-proofing but he gets at things that are hard to hide like the plastic litter locker, telephone (not the cord) , tv remote etc. I put away what I can when I leave the house and can't keep an eye on him but I was wondering if there is something healthy he could chew on that might help resolve this. I just want him to be safe. He eats a mostly wet food diet of high-end food. He gets lots of attention and playtime from me and the other kitten. Is there a healthy alternative for him to chew on like a puppy does?

I found the text in this book spot on, but the illustrations aren't helpful at all. Good over all book

This mat caught my eye because of its size and texture, which traps fine litter rather well. It's large enough for jumbo litterboxes, which is also a plus. It's not quite as easy to clean as a...

This scoop was a freebie with some clumping litter I bought last year, and I like it so much that I've bought a second one. It's perfect for fine clumping litter, which it sifts very thoroughly....

Thanks for the suggestions and that thread. Hopefully one of those will interest him. He seems to prefer household items over toys. lol

It is frustrating. I had to replace all of my blinds because he had chewed through the cords. We have to put radios and a web camera away because both of the twins like to chew on the antennas.
