I saw someone else asked about a pedigreed cat and just thought that someone who likes to guess might be interested in knowing if they were correct or not on their guess. My kitten is a popular breed so its not really hard but feel free to ignore if you think its a waste of time.

Thanks for pulling her & babies from the brink of death  I'm so glad she is starting to do better.

Technically she is a Siamese mix :  with a pointed cat that's one case where you can call a cat a "mix" of a breed and have it be least technically true. (  Of course the Siamese part might be  very very very little,  and the pattern could just be passed down from Siamese ancestors in the 1950s.  but WTH.  )

I wouldn't say Tonk since it would be a lot less likely that she is part Burmese -- except if she has very aqua eyes then that would make sense to say Tonkinese mix.

Tonks wouldn't be longer bodied than Siamese.  ( you have to realize that most the pointed cats you see probably don't have much Siamese in them and it's probably more the domestic side influencing the body length.   But a longer body could possibly mean a bit more Siamese)

You could say Snowshoe....   It's very unlikely she'd have any pedigreed Snowshoe ancestors because there are so few of them......   but would still basically be a similar mix. since Snowshoes are part from Siamese and part from American Shorthair... and American Shorthairs originally came from Domestic Shorthairs from America.

( I wish there were  a way to say things like "Snowshoe - like "  )

You can call her Seal Point Mitted for color/ pattern.

He's very sweet and a domestic shorthair.  Pattern is tabby & white.  Probably no pedigree of any kind in him, in the UK we call these moggies.

Agree.  Looks to be a Mackeral tabby pattern from what little I can see of his side.

Luna, possibly somewhat a look alike a Norvegian Forest Cat.   A skoogie, like we say in Sweden.

Welcome to our Forums!

Look alike, as he must be counted as domestic, unless you have papers (pedigree-certificate) or at very least good proofs of such an ancestry.

Good luck!

Non-pedigree.   Moggie.  Domestic short-hair I think, but she might turn out to be a fluffy cat as she has a lot of ear furnishings.

Looks like she might be a tortie-tabby.  Does she have a mix of pink & black pads on that left fore-foot?

Ear furnishings, hint of a ruff and the little bit of tail seem to suggest a long hair. Can't tell if it's a brown tabby or tortie tabby, but a moggie either way.

Whats the opinions on whether kush will be spotted or striped? It seems to differ daily/in different lights

im not sure what breed my cat is... can you please tell me. Here are some pics of her...

What i also realized, and I'm not sure if this is relevant to her type of breed, but the tip of her tail changed to the color gray when we moved to another country. i just thought that was really weird!

All i know is that she is a long haired cat and is very lovable!
