Usually the kittens can begin to be felt moving around 2 weeks before birth. The question about not eating is tricky, it depends on the cat. I have had one stop the morning before, and another eat right up until she started having kittens. With the one who was still eating she literally gave me zero signs, the only clue I had was her milk came in that day and I took her temp and it was 99 so I knew she was close. I have read before that if their temp drops below 100 they should have kittens in the next 12-24 hrs. Most cats successfully deliver all on their own, do you have a place set up for her to have her kittens? Mamma is gorgeous! Good Luck, tiny kittens are exciting, I have a litter of 3 4 week old kittens that my rescue had. We expect pictures when they are born.

A "due date" is only an estimate, much like with human babies.  Give her a little time, space, and remember, patience is a virtue ;)
