1.) Can I give him boiled chicken and rice together with his medication? How many times and serving a day?

2.) Can I give him plain yogurt or yakult? How many teaspoon/times a day?

Additional info:

My kitten has diarrhea and I think it is because he ate other brand of cat food which my older cat eats I already confined him in a room with litterbox. I brought him to the vet already and gave him anti diarrhea suspension and electrolite water solution to keep him hydrated. My questions is:

I read that I should give him cooked rice and chicken so I am giving him this and I also giving him what the vet recommends which is Royal Canin Recovery Diet canned food, I just want to know if I should still give him his dry food? (this is his real diet not the one that I mentioned above which is for my other cats) now that I am giving him chicken with rice and recovery diet canned food? Should I stop giving him his dry food now until he fully recovers or should I still give small amount of his dry food together with the other food that I mentioned?

Sorry your little one is sick :hugs:. I think you should stop the dry food and only give the vet's recommended diet for now. Also the boiled chicken and rice can just be something extra if you want. Once your kitten is better, then just add some of the kitten's dry food in with the Royal Canin diet. Do this for a few days so your kitten can get used to the dry food again. Just do the transition gradually back to the normal diet. You can also get Probiotic's from the pharmacy in capsule form - the one for people. Just give the kitten 1/2 capsule mixed in the food. This might help with the digestive troubles as well. :vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes:
