My cat is only 1 1/2 old and she has this bloody sore on her nose, that seems to be getting worse. Is there anything I can do before i take her the vet?

It is hard to say how bad it is just by your description. If it is new and she just scraped her nose - just keep a watch on it so it heals over the next few days. But if this sore has been there for more than a few days and not healing - vet visit  :vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes:

I usually give sores about 3 days to start looking better. If not, then it's vet time. L-lysine can help mouth and nose sores heal faster.

What kind of sore is it? Google "rodent ulcer in cats" and see if that looks familiar.
