My cat is only 1 1/2 old and she has this bloody sore on her nose, that seems to be getting worse. Is there anything I can do before i take her the vet?

I think the vet is the best option.

Straight to the vet. Please let us know what happens.

It is hard to say how bad it is just by your description. If it is new and she just scraped her nose - just keep a watch on it so it heals over the next few days. But if this sore has been there for more than a few days and not healing - vet visit agree.gifvibes.gifvibes.gifvibes.gifvibes.gifvibes.gifvibes.gif

I usually give sores about 3 days to start looking better. If not, then it's vet time. L-lysine can help mouth and nose sores heal faster.

What kind of sore is it? Google "rodent ulcer in cats" and see if that looks familiar.
