I posted in the Ferals forum a couple days ago about some questions involving my lovely kitty Gracie, but I thought I'd pop in here and tell y'all a bit about us.
I'm a 20-something college student. I was away at college when Gracie found my parents-- she wandered onto our porch and my dad fell in love with her. When I came home from college and met her, she became my whole world almost instantly. She's a small gray striped cat, with one heck of a personality. She's very vocal- always meowing or purring. She LOVES to cuddle, and her favorite place to do that is right on my chest. When she's laying on my chest, if I'm not petting her with my hand, she'll mash her face into mine with a small meow, and continue to rub my face with hers for several minutes. It's quite adorable.
Since I've been home from college, she's pretty much attached herself to me. She follows me everywhere, she sleeps with me at night, and if I'm outside on the porch, she's sitting right next to me, leaning into me.
She's the first cat I've ever owned. I'm normally a dog person, but this cat has changed me. She is my everything.
