Hi all

Tis the season to be jolly lol. We always do a lot of get togethers over christmas time and we usually go to Iceland (the shop not the country
) and get frozen party packs.Well we are a bit tight for cash this year and I would ove to make some of my own party/buffet food, has anyone got any recipe ideas they can share?xx

Ruthy, why don't you check out the Appetizers and Beverages section and the Candy, Snacks, and Nibbles section in The Recipe Exchange? There are a lot of ideas there!

I can give you a variation on that "canadian nuts and bolts"recipe that is sweet if you want.  I was thinking about posting it on the recipe exchange area too.  It's made with cinnamon chex (or another type of cinnamon cereal if you can't find cinnamon chex, and popcorn, plus a few other ingredients to pull it all together.  I'll try to remember to dig out the recipe and post it!
