What is your favorite Christmas special/movie that you look forward to watching on television every year?

A Christmas Carol. The old black and white version. I think it's actually called Scrooge.

A Christmas Story I watch it when it's played over and over again for 24 hours

A Charlie Brown Christmas!!  My cousin's town had a parade tonight and someone made up a version of Snoopy's doghouse over a wagon they pulled.  Snoopy was on top and the lights were lit and everything!  It was sooo cute!!

I actually love a ton of Christmas movies and I'm starting to get a good collection.  My other favs are Mickey's Christmas Carol (Hallmark is doing a series of ornaments from it!) and The Muppet's Christmas Carol.  I have a set with Rudolph and Santa Clause is Coming to Town and a few others.  Seriously; love these movies.

Polar Express became a new fav last year.  We watched that yesterday!

The claymation Christmas movies, like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and Frosty the Snowman. :) Must have watched those a million times when I was a kid.

"It's a wonderful life" I can watch it over and over and STILL cry at the end. I also love Rudolph and Nestor the Long Eared Christmas Donkey. Charlie Brown Christmas is another great one, and I also love the old original "Miracle on 34th street".

There IS a Santa. I just know there is.

You sound just like me! "It's a Wonderful Life" is the ultimate Christmas movie and still bawl at the end too. "Miracle of 34th Street" is a close second. It's hard to find the original on TV anymore, it's usually the newer version they show which just isn't the same. Nestor is a big favorite too! "Ears, Nester" lol. Too cute. "White Christmas" with Bing Crosby is also on my favorites list.

There was another one I remember from when I was a kid. It was the same kind of animation (I think) as Rudolph but it was about an orphanage and there was a blind orphan who got his sight back when the first Christmas snowflakes fell on his eyes. I can't remember the name of that one though.

So many good ones the list could go on and on.......

White Christmas is my favorite movie of ALL time.  It's the best ever if you ask me!
But I don't really consider it a Christmas movie.  I mean they are trying to save the Inn; but it's more about the General than it being Christmas itself.  DH can't stand it.  I think I know every word by heart.  I just loooove to listen to Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney sing.  Danny Kaye has always been a favorite and any fan of dance should be able to appreciate Vera Ellen!  Love love love that movie!  Any time of the year!!

It's A Wonderful Life is a classic and I love it.    But here's one nobody mentioned --- The Grinch Who Stole Christmas (the cartoon version not the movie with JimCarey).  I just love the Grinch.

Fight Club.

The first christmas I spent with the future in-laws they let me pick what movie to watch on christmas eve since I was the new guy at that time.  They pointed to a cabinet and said pick, I saw fight club in there so I picked it.  Didn't realize they wanted me to pick a christmas movie, but they didn't specify either!   Now I suggest it every christmas.
