OK, let me start off by saying that I am extremely excited by how this came out!!! clap.gif

I went down to the local beach this morning for about an hour to take a few pictures to make up something for my nephew for Christmas. Now I need your help!

Do you like it better in color, black and white, or sepia? It will be going in a black frame with a white mat.

Oooooh, very creative!  My vote would be for sepia.  I don't know what it is about it, but everything always looks more artsy to me in sepia.  laughing02.gif

I liked the sepia too. The color one looked the same as the b/w to me until I looked closer.

The color is my favorite, because of the way seashells stand out, but the sepia is also very pretty.

yeah.gif That was definitely a hard choice. The sand looks more natural in the sepia one, but the seashells, etc,. draw the eye more in the color one.

I picked "Colour" because while it's mostly black and white there is a hint of yellow in the shells and sticks, and it adds interest to the image. Which will be especially important if you are going to be using a white mat and black frame.

I like the color--esp. the top shell. I think b&W is too bland with this grouping; but the color is subtle and more attractive.

Color, Its not overly saturated and the natural tones are all beachy neutrals.  I find the others a bit to plain.
