Going to Phoenix tomorrow, need magical TCS vibes!

I'm flying out in the morning, going to Phoenix (well, Scottsdale) to participate in a drawing for a hotrod.  It's the 2011 CoolAir 55 from GoodGuys.  There will be a drawing of keys Sunday, and whoever's key starts the car, owns it.

So, give me some of those vibes!  Dottie really wants this car, and I could never afford to build it for her.

Oh...and is anyone out in that area and would like to get in the show free?  Any of you ladies have a gearhead husband?  It costs about $15, but I'll have two free passes, one for me and one for someone else.  If you're interested, drop me an e-mail or PM telling me how to contact you.

Yep, that's it.  It looks like a 1955 Chevy BelAir Convertible, but it's a 2011, because it has no old parts on it, and it's called the CleanAir 55 because it is fully EPA compliant, fuel injection on a new engine, catalytic converters, etc.

Hey, welcome to Phoenix, and good luck in that drawing.  Hope your key starts the car.  My hubby might have liked to have gone to the event, but I am just now reading this, so it's a little late

Well, the famous TCS vibes let me down.  I drew key #3, which I figured wasn't a good sign, and I was right.  I don't know who won; if I wasn't going to have the car to drive back to Dallas, I needed to hightail it out to the airport for my flight back.

So, for my $500 (or so), I got a T shirt, a Christmas ornament, a water bottle, and a day and a half in Phoenix.

Well...at least the weather was nice .  Very sorry we let you down.  I think we were busy using our best vibes on sick kitties. 

Do any of you remember that I said you could enter on the internet and one finalist would be chosen from those entries?  That's who won!

Ah, well, at least you could imagine what it would be like to win it for a while. Too bad.
