what is the thinking on vaccinating indoor cats? Bailey came from the shelter with her rabies shot plus other shelter shots they gave her. Since she is an indoor cat what seems appropriate for her future shots? I will probably continue the rabies, but am unsure about what else, if anything, should be given.

Most vets will now only vaccinate against the diseases the cat is susceptible to catching. So indoor cats don't get as many vaccinations as outdoors do.
I suggest that you read the post a bit down about yearly vaccinations.
