on tuesday, november 8th my 18 yr. Old cat shredder i have had since she was 6 wks old wasnt meowing like crazy for her wet food when i woke up. I knew something was wrong. I just got a feeling in my gut something is arong. She came up on my bed and cried a cry i had never heard before from her. I pet her for a while but had to get ready for work. She still didnt eat and was just not herself. I felt sick to my stomach that i had to leave for work. When i got home that eveningafter work she was on the floor next to my bed DEAD. i screamed and screamed. I cried for 3 days. I had her cremated and am waiting to get her back home. I miss her more then words can say.

My condolences. Eighteen years is a big chunk of life, and you must miss her terribly. The pain lessens over time, as more and more of the good memories replace thoughts of her loss. RIP, Shredder, PlayhappilyRB.jpg

How awful. I'm so sorry for your loss. Eighteen years is a wonderfully long life for a cat, and she must have given you many happy memories which will give you comfort as you mourn her.
