DH FINALLY asked me out.
It was after a lecture from a girl we both had only known about a month about how much we liked each other. I mean an all our lecture that went on and on and on. And then she left the room so he could ask me out. How kind. 
DH is a redhead. He was so red he was PURPLE. 
I later asked him how long it would have taken him to work up the nerve if she hadn't done that. He said a YEAR!
I can still picture what we were both wearing and where we were sitting. I was on the old couch he had and he was in a chair next to it in what would become OUR living room. Just under 22 months later, in almost that exact same spot, he proposed and the rest is history! 
After we got married we lived in that house together till we bought our first house in 2009. I cried when we moved out. So many good memories! And more to come!
