New agressive behavior in otherwise playful cat

Hi there! I posted a while ago about our newest member of the household, Kazoo, being sick and lethargic and not eating. He was taken to the vet and given antibiotics for some kind of infection and seems to be in great health now. He is a tuxedo cat maybe 1 year and a couple months old. We have three other cats, another tuxedo that's female and two orange cats that are male. They are all inside cats. Kazoo has always kind of picked on the other tuxedo and we thought it was because she hissed at him and there have been a few scuffles that we've had to break up, but nothing bad. This went on for several months not getting worse until we took in a feral female, another tuxedo, and her kitten. Kazoo viciously attacked the feral several time after she tried to fight with him, but he loves the kitten and has never even attempted to attack it. There were very small injuries, little cuts/scratches, but nothing terrible. Then, he would attack the closest tuxedo cat without provocation repeatedly. So We put the feral and her kitten in the garage so shes not able to interact with him or be in the house. Kazoo has been seperated into the master bedroom where the orange cats spend most of their time, so that he doesn't attack our indoor tuxedo. Kazoo used to play well with the orange cats but it has now escalated into the same viscious attacking that we seperated him for. He has also bitten my aunt. I live in Hawaii so I know it's not rabies. On the rare occasion that he slips out, he immediately puffs up, goes into attack mode, and heads straight for the nearest black and white cat. His agressive behavior seems to have gotten even worse while being seperated. My aunt is worried that it's going to escalate into repeated attacks on the humans and cats in the household until it results in a vet/hospital trip. I am currently using good cat! in all the water bowls and it seems to have helped the female tuxedo that lives inside. The good cat! does not seem to be helping Kazoo at all. I am ordering Feliway pheromone and it should be here within the week. I am desperate for anything that will change our cat back into his old sweet, loving self. If it continues my aunt will surely get rid of Kazoo and he is my "baby". They are all my aunt's cats but she's at her wits end and since this site was so helpful when he got sick last time I thought maybe I'd post again.  We've all been sick with the flu, so we are just now getting around to steam cleaning and trying to remove and feral cat smells, maybe that will help. I don't know if he needs to go to the vet or if it's purely behavioral, but I'd be super greatful for any suggestions or insights into my new problem with Kazoo.

Thanks!

Jesse

Maybe also get a black light, and go through the house and look for places where any of the kitties might have sprayed or urinated just in case there's something else smell-wise that's driving him nuts.

Have they all been spayed?

The Feliway should help, let us know how it goes!

All of the cats are fixed and sadly my aunt has decided that we need to find a new home for him. I am going to be handling all of it to make sure he gets a great forever home. Thank you for the suggestions.
