My pretty Angel

I know I've posted Angel's picture before , but here is one that I lightened up a bit.  She is so photogenic and seems to know she is being photographed and loves to pose.    She was a stray that adopted us after my BJ went to Rainbow Bridge.   We brought her into the house and the first thing she did was jump on the chair where BJ spent the last weeks of his life, sniffed it, curled up and fell asleep.    That was when I knew that it was my precious BJ's special gift to us -- that 's where the name Angel came from, or in longer terms "BJ's Angel".  Hope that doesn't sound too corny!    BJ was so special to us and it was so hard to lose him. Even though it's been around 6 years the hurt is still there, but little Angel is a tribute to BJ  (Oh, BJ stands for "Boots Jr."   Boots was our very first cat)

She has a lot of poise, and gorgeous eyes!

I agree 100%, such a beautiful baby and I LOVE her story!

Thanks for the compliments from Angel.  (she loves being complimented).   And we call her "Angel Eyes" lots of times - everyone comments on her green eyes.

Also I understand that orange female cats are rare, as most oranges cats seem to be male.

It doesn't sound too corny at all, it's SO sweet! I'm so sorry about BJ , but BJ's Angel is so beautiful - her eyes are amazing! :heart3:

I felt the same when our cat Snowy passed and I found tiny CC drowning in the canal a week later.
