When I give Snowball Laxatone (for hairballs) I like to put it on his paw so he can lick it off. Today I noticed he had been shaking some of the Laxatone off his paw and it had landed on the carpet where it had become dried on and stuck.
I didn't have any carpet spot remover at home so I had to go out and buy some. I decided to try Woolite Spot & Stain Wipes. The product comes on pre-moistened toweletts and doesn't have a strong offensive ordor. I rubbed the places where the Laxatone was dried on and it came off completely without discoloring the carpet. I was really impressed, and I thought this product worked better than the sprays and foams I've tried in the past!!! The only problem was that the towelettes dry out too quickly, but I found that the product would still work if I moistened the towelettes with a little water.
