Crocheted Cat Toy

So, I decided to try making a cat toy similar to the toy Draco was looking for. I made it a bit too flat- I forgot that it was a bit more rounded, but it came out pretty well. There are a few things I will change to my previous pattern if I make these in the future. I think it would be good to double reinforce the seams. As to how it worked, I am glad to say that this is about the ONLY toy Wessie has ever played with. It's probably the catnip inside, which he recently decided he actually likes. dontknow.gif Cat's can be strange! wink.gif

He absolutely loves it and goes crazy over it. It's starting to look a little old after a couple of days. Now for the picture... This was before Wessie used it too much.

I think he agrees with you! laughing02.gif He plays with it everyday. I might make him a few more, perhaps in different styles this time. smile.gif

I found that cotton tends to be more durable.  Congrats.  It sounds like you've passed the picky judges test.
