third eyelid

I cannot seem to find much good articles on it. Oliver shows his when he's tired (I think that's normal) and sometimes when he's sitting in a window.. Is he stressed bc he cannot go outside anymore? He isn't showing signs of stress though, he took to the indoor life pretty well actually. His coat is shiny, his ears and eyes are otherwise clear and wonderful looking. No discharge from nose or eyes. But I thought someone said somewhere that the third eyelid shouldn't be showing. Please help!

Well, I have been thinking about your question......but was hesitant to post a reply because I really don't know what the right answer to your question would be.  Anyway.....found something interesting in the first paragraph of this article that you might want to see.

I really think the safest thing would be to have your vet check Oliver to make sure everything is all right.

Oh boy :/ I can't tell if he's always relaxed inside now but they're not always visible. Usually when he's laying down (relaxed) but also when he sits up looking around. I wouldn't be surprised if he had a viral infection... ugh.. Thanks for your help :)
