I got my new Steve Madden boots, today!!!! Actually, they came, yesterday but, UPS wouldn't leave them without a sig. I called and had UPS hold them, at their facility and my sweetie picked them up, today. (UPS is open until 6:00 and I could have gone there, after work but, Bill works near there.)

I love them and tried them on, right away. Bill cast a quizzical look at them and said, "Baby, I'm glad that I don't have to wear those things." The mental picture of Bill, in 3 3/4 in. spike heels was priceless!.

What? No pics?

Sounds pretty cool though...you've got guts to wear those heels! I'd fall on my face 30 seconds after putting them on!

Bill likes me, in anything or nothing. Fortunately, he has no problem, with the fact that I'm taller than he is, outweigh him and make more money than he does. I love a secure fella!

Yep...sounds like a typical man! I'm sure the minute you had those boots on, those dirty little thoughts were popping in his head!

Don't feel bad Teresa. I can't wear high heels either anymore. Not since my achilles tendon rupture 8 years ago.

Oh my gosh! I don't know how you'll walk in those Cindy. I fall while wearing flats!

I have a genetic affinity for high heels. My grandmother was 5 ft 1/4 in tall. She wore the highest heels, that she could find and piled her waist-length hair high on her head.

I'm going to be a feisty old lady, just like Granny!

I'm with Jenn and Cindy I trip and stumble in flats, it's funny. I bought flip-flops for the beach, and as if walking in the sand isn't hard enough tripping over my own feet was his-tear-i-cle. Others even laughed out loud at me, one pointed. I was scared and now do the bear foot thing in the sand.

I love, love, love Steve Madden shoes!!! Macy's had a huge summer sale and all summer shoes were 1/2 price or lower. I had to ask her to take the boxes I bought so many pairs, I would have had to much bulk.

SO hurray for heels and Steve-o...

Granny didn't give up her heels, until she broke her hip, four years before she died. I'm going to be the same way!

Wow! Those are some fierce kicks! I have to stick to low and chunky heels (1 inch or less) or I end up on my face. The last time I wore heels was at senior prom, and had a date to lean on...
