Do any of you have a buffet restaurant in your area called "Sweet Tomatoes"? It's a salad bar, soup bar, some pasta, baked & sweet potatoes - buffet - all you can eat, of course. We go there occasionally and love it, but everytime I leave I vow never again because we come out of there so stuffed that all we want to do is go home and take a nap (which is the worst thing you can do after a big meal). Their salads are sensational and soups fantastic. We only go there maybe once every 2 months or so. Right now I feel like I never want to eat again!

I found the text in this book spot on, but the illustrations aren't helpful at all. Good over all book

This mat caught my eye because of its size and texture, which traps fine litter rather well. It's large enough for jumbo litterboxes, which is also a plus. It's not quite as easy to clean as a...

This scoop was a freebie with some clumping litter I bought last year, and I like it so much that I've bought a second one. It's perfect for fine clumping litter, which it sifts very thoroughly....

LOL, sounds like a fun place. Maybe if you went more often you wouldn't get so full! LOL

No, nothing like that here. I'd love for my city to have a good buffet restaurant, but the one we do have is overly busy, most of the food is fried and many of the trays are empty when you get to them because they haven't been replenished fast enough. And the salad area is very small. If you like fried chicken parts, fried chicken fingers, fried fish cakes, fried battered fish, french fries, fried sweet potatoes, than that restaurant is definitely the place for you! LOL The one and only time I went there there wasn't anything steamed, grilled or baked, other than the roast beef which they wouldn't cut to your liking. You took what they gave you whether you liked rare or well done; you got whatever the next slice was.
Not to mention that the floor around the buffy was like an oily skating rink with doors leading into the kitchen, and you had to not only walk on it to use the buffet, but to get out of the restaurant or go to the washrooms.

Sounds yummy, Lana. I think we've talked about that restaurant before, haven't we? It sounds so good.
We don't really have any nice buffets around here....just Chinese buffet-type places. Or steak houses with buffet salad bars. That's about it.

So far as I know, none of the steak houses here, at least any that I've been to, offer a salad bar. The Keg used to at one time, but they got rid of it a couple decades ago.

Oh that sounds like my kind of restaurant! We had a salad bar in high school and they would do baked potatoes once a month too. They both were really good!
We have a couple buffet places near here. One I've never been in and the other is a Chinese one; which sometimes makes me sick so I've never tried that either. There is a small Indian restaurant that has a buffet once a week. That place was good! Otherwise we drive south of here to go to some great seafood buffet places!! I loooove those!
