I had applied for a job with a pet food company as a product demonstrator (part time) and got an email back this evening. I responded to it just now and was emailed back almost immediately from the lady asking more questions. If she likes what I said (hopefully she does), we'll be meeting soon to have an actual interview.

One of my dream jobs is working for a pet food company that I strongly believe in, and this is one of the best IMO. I'm very excited and really hope that I get it.

Of course I think I'd be a great fit for the company, I know a lot about canine nutrition and am learning a great deal about feline nutrition as well, thanks to you guys :) I'd be able to spread the word about raw food (this company makes one) and convert more people over to their diets - almost all of my friends and family are feeding it now thanks to me, lol.

If you all could spare some vibes that she calls/emails me for a meeting I would really appreciate it, and more vibes that I don't get incredibly nervous and mess up the interview if I get one. I haven't had an interview for a job in over 5 years now, so I'm definitely rusty, but I know my stuff when it comes to pet food so I think I'd do well.

I have an interview! Almost immediately after I posted that I received a response from her asking if next Wednesday was a good day for me to meet up with her. So, I have the interview on Wednesday before I go to my regular job. I'm so nervous and so excited.

I had my interview at 12:30 and got the job! The interview was about an hour long, very informative and casual - we talked a lot about our pets and the food. I'm now a product demonstrator for Nature's Variety! I get my paperwork later today and have to fill it out, I won't actually start for another week or two though. I'm so excited!

On another note, I applied for a job as a receptionist at a vet's office a few days ago. So far I haven't heard anything back, but your vibes worked so well for the job I just got if you could spare a few more that I get this one as well then I'll be set. It's a year long term while a lady is away on maternity leave, it would give me the experience I need to go back to school to be a vet tech or animal care. I'd also get the experience of working in a vet's office first hand to see if it's something that I would actually want to do before spending all that money on school again.
