Do you know the date that you brought them home? You can celebrate a homecoming day.

When I got Zoey from the shelter, her paperwork said "Date In = 3-11-2003" and her age said 11 months. So I have made her birthday to be April 11, 2002

I always make them up - there are only 3 of mine that I know their actual day of birth (Bogart is 3/13 and Koko/Muddy are earth day 4/22). The rest I've guestimated as best I could. We always have extra love and treats for them on their birthdays.

Koko and Muddy are 17 weeks old today. I think I'll throw them a birthday party!

We don't know the exact birthdate for any of our cats, with the exception of the 6 kittens. We were there for that event!

I've tried to guesstimate the others' birthdays based on a combination of figuring backwards from their adoption and using astrology as a guide re: personalities.

I had to approximate Spike's birthday as well. At his first vet visit, they said he was "about 8 weeks old", so I just counted back 8 weeks.
We also 'celebrate' his adoption date - the day I brought him home.

I'm not exactly sure how old my 2 furbabies are either. We adopted themm from the shelter and they said they were 12 weeks old, I just just estimated that their bdays are Sept. 11th.

I'm not sure who it was, maybe Lucia?, but one of our members celebrates "Gotcha Day", the day that they got their kitty.
I thought this was a fun idea.

We had to guestimate at Ophelia's age too. I know she's within 2-3 weeks of Trent, so we celebrate both on Trent's birthday.
July 27.

Ivo's birthday is made up. I found her in early October, and when I took her to the vet's a few days later, they said that she was about a year old. So, I decided Halloween (October 31) was her birthday. It seemed appropriate for an almost all-black cat!
