I'm sure you've all been eagerly awaiting these...

We decided on Batman and Robin.

A hero and his ward.

Waiting for a chance to solve a crime. Or a treat.

"Was the the cat... I mean batsignal?"

It was! To the catmobile!

Alright. Maybe we'll take a moment to eat the pumpkin stems and cornstalks first.

I can't believe I missed this! And you posted before Halloween! :thud:

Kailie's right - too freakin' cute for words! And I totally agree with AJ - I love that they act like it's totally normal! :flail:

What GREAT costumes! And BTW - do you make those? Where do you GET costumes that fit cats?

   :bigthumb:

Hope y'all had a Crumbtastic Harvoween! :D

I started them young. They just don't know any better.

Crumb's we storebought at Petsmart as a dog's small. Some of the pieces didn't work so well -- his hest isn't as broad so I had to cut the chestplate down, he didn't like the ears, and you couldn't see the belt. Harvey's we did make by hand. I made the cape out of a girls tanktop I found at Salvation Army, then hotglued the rest out of felt and velcro -- the DB made the R, since he's better at spatial things as an artist and all. ;) This photoshoot was harder than some of the others, because we had guests staying at the house and Crumb is terrified of guests. We waited until about day 4 or 5 of their stay so Crumb would at least be comfortable enough to come out into the room, but he wasn't excited about Daddy's friend setting up the lights and taking fancy pictures. Harvey, on the otherhand, LOVED the attention... he's a little lovebug. If it's just DB and I taking the pics, it takes a much shorter time.
