Chasing Da Bird...
I hate "Falling behind". Every single year, I forget, and we wind up at church at 8:30 in the morning. (an hour late) the kids usually just roll their eyes and then cheer and ask for bagels.

Of course in the spring, when we show up at church at 6:30 am, an hour early, they aren't so forgiving.
I have some kind of mental block I guess. I'm meant to live in Arizona I suppose.

Ok, now I can safely say it!

Don't forget to change your clocks back THIS weekend on Saturday night!!!

Last week I was so confused! All week until Wednesday at 7pm I thought it was next week (this week). It started last week Monday when I looked at the calendar and saw 2 days in the Sunday and Monday box, and automatically registered "31" instead of "24"

LOL

Believe it or not! I forgot! This thread reminded ME!! LOL
 That's usually how it works.

We went out with friends last night, so before we left the house, we turned most of the clocks back. Then when we came back home, we finished. I have to do my car now and that's it.

The US changed today....
I hate going back to regular time.

Dexter and Isis are early birds.
For 11 years, Dexter never adjusted to the change back to regular time.
Now Isis has joined their kitty conspiracy.
They want their food and morning love....early!

During daylight savings time, if I am not up by 4AM , I get the "meow. meow, meow" treatment until I give up and get up. There is no escaping them. I must cooperate! :worship:
I am doomed to live without a good nights sleep until we return to Daylight (Dexter) time. :thud:

I always used to love gaining that hour, but now it's just another reminder that it gets dark out early and the days are short. :( BUT... it's about mid-point between the end of the third quarter and the shortest day of the year, so I try to look at it that it means we're just getting closer to the days getting longer. :flail: Twisted, I know.

And Lei, on my schedule I SHOULD be feeding the kitties at 7:30am, so now it just means that at 8:30am I'll actually be feeding them when I should have been. :flail:

I hate it. I just call it daylight loseing time. It had a useful purpose back when we were all farmers who got up at the crack of dawn. Now, I think is is anti-serving as we all have to use our house hold lights all the more. Personaly I dont mind going to work in the dark, but I do hate coming home in the dark.
