My first surgery EVER!!!

so cynder is at the vet getting neutered today, and i am going in on friday to have surgery as well. the ironic thing is he is going to not make babies anymore and i am going in to have my tubes unblocked so i can have children. i got cynder for that very reason because i was devastated and depreesed about my situation.. i am very nervous about having this surgery and it will only give me a 10% chance of having children unless i do ivf which is so expensive.. i never thought i would go as far as possibly spending 12000 dollars on ivf but here i am doing the first step.. all i wanted in life was to be a mom and now its probably going to cost me 12000 dollars to do it... send some vibes for me friday will you guys, like i said im very nervous and have never had surgery before, and i pray that i do get pregnant with just this surgery or i really don't know what i will do.. its a very tough journey this one and i feel for all who have had the same issues, its not an easy road thats for sure.

I am sure he will be fine ! Try not to get too crazy worrying . He will be home bouncing off the walls before you know it.

Many for Cynder, and many many for his mommy. Since we all know how "parents" get .

Best, bestest wishes for you. I went down the fertility treatments road after I got married and didn't conceive in the first year. It's a roller coaster for sure.
Listen to your gut and don't hesitate to get a second opinion, a mistake that I made was not doing so in a timely fashion.

Sending vibes and prayers for both of you! Please forget the statistics, they are useless, it only takes one sperm to get pregnant! My husband and I had several odds stacked against us having a child, and we had one anyway. It happens all the time. It's an extreme example, but think of the guy who wins the lottery... statistics against him winning don't mean much to him, right? Hope you both recover quickly.

YAY! Glad you're home safe and sound. So you're a lover of anesthetic, eh? Obviously it did not make you nauseous!

Healing vibes and good luck in the next months. My daughter was the "product" of major fertility treatment 14 years ago. It's a stressful time, for sure!

Take care!
