Yes.
We give Leiki a frozen feeder mouse (dethawed in water for about 5 minutes) as a treat every once in awhile.

Well you'd want to thaw them first.
But yes of course, my cat eats mice all the time and while she won't eat rabbit fur on, she loves dressed rabbit meat.
