My beautiful Dylan has gone. He got hit by a car. On wednesday we got a phone call from a man who saw him and put him by the side of the road and let us know where he was. At least he was wearing a collar so the man knew how to contact us. He was only 17 months old.
He loved people and would roll over to have his belly stroked. At the vets when he was having his jabs be kept rolling over and he purred like mad. I can remember the first day we had him at 12 weeks old and he was so scared, but he grew into a handsome, confident cat. He was always so happy to see people.
His brother Alfie misses him and keeps crying and its breaking my heart. We got his ashes back today and we're going to buy them in a plant pot so we can take him with us wherever we go and he can be in the outdoors forever.
Its all so sudden, he was asleep on the sofa when I got back from school, and then a few hours later he'd gone.
