Interview vibes?

Hi everyone I know I've been MIA lately, but I have a lot on my mind lately and not a whole lot of free time...
Tomorrow, I have an interview for a promotion at my job... Im not really nervous about whether or not I'll get the promotion, because at the end of the day I still have a job, and if I don't get promoted now I'm sure there will be opportunities in the future (I've only been at my current job for 3 months so it's a miracle I even got this interview!)..
What I am nervous about is, what the heck am I going to talk to all 4 regional managers ( including 2 who will be conferenced in through the phone because they work from an office in another state who ive never met) about for 30 minutes? I don't like to brag, and I feel like my boss who is one of the managers knows me already, so I am just not even sure what the point of this interview is...they know my accomplishments, and have seen my work so far... I am just not sure how that's going to go and i don't want to make a complete fool of myself by acting overly nervous or not having my thoughts together and sounding like an idiot...

Please spare some vibes for me!

Thanks guys the interview went pretty well, at first I was nervous but I got more and more confident as I talked to them more, and my boss was soo nice to me during the interview so that made things much better and put me at ease...I've been super excited since I found out on Wednesday. On Monday I move to my new position and I change desks... I hope I do well and get the hang of the new job quickly..
