I really wanted to get a couple of these for my cats, but the problem is that it says it contains catnip and as a rule, I don't give my cats catnip.

If anyone here happens to know where I could find something similar to this, but without catnip, please let me know.

The main reasons I like it are because it has a scratchable exterior, a soft interior, can be stacked, and the cats can sit inside or on top.

Pretty much all commercial cat furniture is treated with catnip. Any particular reason you prefer to avoid it? FWIW, I find the catnip effect dissipates quickly. Whatever they treat it with doesn't last long.

I think the only way to get non-treated cat furniture would be to find someone who makes it custom to order, and ask them not to put any catnip on it.

Here... or There... Hmmm
You could also try to build it. plywood box. covered in some kind of covering suitable for scratching, tacked down really well to help hold up, cut a hole, line the inside and put a bed on top... some work, but probably pretty cheap.
