Picked up a great little mat to put the cat food dishes on. It's kind of a heavy rubber (sort of like the Rubbermaid dish drainers) and his a raised lip on the edges so the messy eaters don't throw food all over the floor - just stays on the mat. Of course when I put it down my big brave(?) Tony was afraid to go near it. But soon hunger got the best of him and he had to deal with it.

I found the text in this book spot on, but the illustrations aren't helpful at all. Good over all book

This mat caught my eye because of its size and texture, which traps fine litter rather well. It's large enough for jumbo litterboxes, which is also a plus. It's not quite as easy to clean as a...

This scoop was a freebie with some clumping litter I bought last year, and I like it so much that I've bought a second one. It's perfect for fine clumping litter, which it sifts very thoroughly....

Having a mat on the floor has worked well for our Siamese, Britches. I find that completely keeps the bowl from sliding (if she has had a "wet food" treat that she is making sure to get every bite!).
Also, I like the food and water bowls having something to make their place on the kitchen floor look "planned"...neat and tidy!

I would love to know where you got it! :) Our food bowls end up scattered about, and they knock the water dish over far too often because it skids around.
