Dodger went to the vet for nose bleeds.

So last night dodger had two episodes of nose bleeds both after sneezing fits. This really concerned me. I took him to the vet today cause I didn't want this to carry on without knowing what it is or if I should be freaking out. Because I was freaking out. Well the vet says that he was conjested but his lungs sounded healthy so that it is not a URI. That is good. She said his nose had a scratch in it and that it was really inflamed. She gave him some antibiotic to prevent a infection. She also put him on a paste to give him to help his immune system. She told us it was just a cold. We tried to get a vicks vaperizor but they were all sold out. We could use some vibes it would help. He is acting better with wanting to play but still sneezing. Vibs and some ideas to help would be nice.

Did the vet recommend the Vicks Vaporizer? If not, I'd avoid it. Sometime vets will suggest plain steam, such as bringing the kitty into the bathroom during a shower. Good luck to you and Dodger, and hopefully he gets better quickly.
