Luna is now 2 years and 2 months old. She has never eaten any wet food while I've had her. She always backed away looking disgusted when I tried to offer her wet food (all brands from junk food to quality ones), or when I was feeding the others who eat it without problems. She would stare at them in horror from a distance while they ate. It was tough, but I accepted it finally and she just ate dryfood and I made sure she drinks enough.

I have been offering wet food for her kittens now for the second time, they will be 4 weeks old on Thu/Fri night. One of them actually even ate it yesterday and now 15 minutes ago. I put the food dish into the nest box so they could nibble on it while I made some formula for the tiniest kitten. I watched a while what they were doing and Luna was washing the kitten who had been eating the wet food, and then she started to actually eat the food from the dish!
I've offered that same stuff for her many times and she always refused it, I even tried to put it in her paw and mouth so she would have to taste it and realize it's not that bad and she just wouldn't have any of it.
And now she just ate it from her own free will!
I am confused, proud and happy.

Unfortunately I can't do that now while she's nursing. I'll just have to hope she keeps eating the wet food and maybe the kittens staring to eat it will encourage her to do so more.

In paradise, under a cat pile
This was good to read. I too have a cat who does't eat wet. Will turn up his nose at it and go for the kibble. Too bad he can't talk you all...
Only one liked the raw idea. out of eight. She is my mighty hunter for years.
Glad you were able to convince Luna. She will be happier, I am sure
