What % per body weight for growing cats?

My cats are about 6-7 months old ( rescues so we aren't 100% sure) and one wieghs 8.20 pounds but is a little thin when you lay hands on him. The other is 7.6 pounds but at a good body proportion. From what I've for raw cats you should feed 2-3% of body weight. What about for these teenagers that are still growing? Should I up it to maybe 4-5%?

The general rule is 2-4%, and twice that for kittens... you have kittens so feed those boys just as much food as they can eat, preferably in four meals a day, but a minimum of three.

Ok, thanks. I wasn't sure if 2x the amount was still the guideline at their ages and weights. I do feed as much as they will eat 3-4x a day depending on our schedules.
