Critter, one of my original kitties, has started hissing at everyone. I can't figure out what her deal is. By everyone I mean the other cats. My husband and I she adores. She has also been trying to get out the door whenever we come home from work. I have a stress collar on her that the vet gave us. It has helped a little but she still hisses at them all. Even her sister . I don't know what to do to help her calm down anymore.... help

I found the text in this book spot on, but the illustrations aren't helpful at all. Good over all book

This mat caught my eye because of its size and texture, which traps fine litter rather well. It's large enough for jumbo litterboxes, which is also a plus. It's not quite as easy to clean as a...

This scoop was a freebie with some clumping litter I bought last year, and I like it so much that I've bought a second one. It's perfect for fine clumping litter, which it sifts very thoroughly....

She probably sensed a stranger (could be a stray cat or dog or person) who she perceives threatens her territory. However, since she can't go out to investigate, she "redirects" her frustration towards the other cats. It is very common among indoor kitties.
There is also the possibility of illness. But since you mentioned the vet, I assume Critter has seen one recently.
Anyway, you can add more "calming"' stuff to the stress collar like Rescue Remedy or Feliway. Critter should calm down and hopefully whatever is upsetting her also leaves the area.

It didn't really start until after henry died. But she didn't even like henry. I am trying to give her much attention. It could be we have strange cat frequently use our flower bed infront of our house as a litter box. We also just move into a new house. A lot have thinks have changed in the past 3 months she could just be very confused and getting use to things.
