GRRRRR!!!! Into to trouble!!!!

I do not know what is up with my cat but he is into everything tonight.. up on counters, chewing on all things, and he is just not stopping... why all of a sudden is he doing this and how do i rectify it???? he goes to the counter and gives a little mew and wham he is up on the counter, I know when he is up to know good because he seems to give a little meow before he gets himself into trouble, at least I get a warning but this is just crazy tonight... i have played with him for over an hr tonight and he seems like someone just wound him right up and he is not stopping....

Did you give him cat nip? My cat goes crazy when she gets her cat nip treats... If that's not it... well they do have the word stir crazy for a reason... maybe they are just trying to get some excess energy out?

As for how to get rid of it? Maybe try putting her in a "time out" for 10 minutes or so? Like in a room or maybe u have a big cat carrier? I don't think that would help with the excess energy but maybe that will tell them that you don't appreciate how they are exerting there extra energy... Just a thought?

Guess he isn't done playing.
Could be a front or storm too. My cats are wild when that happens.
But my Peanut is a devil cat and play in the toilet and water bucket when bored.
you need a second cat,lol. someone to play with.

My guess is that he wants attention, probably wants to play with one of his toys with you, like a feather toy.

Flambe does that when he wants to play, because he knows he'll get attention.
